A spreadsheet stores information. Blueprint connects the information entered into the system and presents it through operational, financial and intelligence views. Blueprint Business Intelligence™ can surface priorities, observations, opportunities and supporting evidence based on recorded information and saved setup.

No. Blueprint is not intended to replace a traditional PMS or booking platform. Its purpose is operational visibility, financial clarity and business intelligence for the owner.

Not currently. Blueprint uses the business information you record and configure inside the system. There is no Airbnb, Vrbo, PMS, calendar or financial-account integration at this time.

Blueprint Business Intelligence™ examines recorded business information and saved operational setup to surface meaningful conditions such as priorities, operational gaps, supply shortages and other patterns worth attention. Where applicable, Blueprint can show the evidence behind a finding so you can understand why it was surfaced.

No. Blueprint is not predictive AI, autonomous management, dynamic pricing or guaranteed optimization. Its intelligence is based on information recorded in your Blueprint account and the operating setup you configure. When sufficient information is not available, Blueprint uses truthful no-data or insufficient-history states rather than manufacturing a conclusion.

Yes. Blueprint supports portfolio-level visibility while preserving property-specific information where applicable.

Blueprint uses recorded stays, revenue and expenses to calculate applicable measures including Recorded Revenue, Recorded Expenses, Net Profit, Profit Margin, Profit Per Night and Recorded ADR. Recorded results remain visibly distinct from rates and fees saved in setup.

No. A new Blueprint workspace starts intentionally empty. You are not presented with fake demo financial results that could be mistaken for your own business.

Blueprint includes Guided Setup for Business Profile, Properties, Rates & Fees, Operating Standards, Turnover Team, and Supplies & Par Levels. Once setup is underway, you can begin recording your actual business activity and bring the Command Center to life.

After successful payment, you are directed to create your Blueprint account. Use the same email address used during checkout so Blueprint can match the purchase to your account. You then confirm your email, sign in, and can begin Guided Setup.
